HAIR CARE: DAMAGED HAIR AND HAIR LOSS


Damaged Hair

Essential oils: basil, carrot, cypress, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary, sage and thyme.

Herbs: borage, chamomile, peppermint, rosemary Make up a herbal oil with any or a combination of the above herbs. Beat an egg yolk with herbal oil and massage into hair and scalp. Wrap hair with a warm towel and leave treatment on for 15-20 minutes . Shampoo and rinse with apple cider vinegar.

Urine: is massaged into the scalp and left to absorbed for half an hour to one hour. Then the head is washed with luke warm water only. It is not recommended to use shampoo or soap

Hair Loss

Water: bathe affected areas twice daily, first with dead water for about ten minutes and follow up after about five minutes with living water. Repeat treatment, daily for about three weeks even after it appears to settle, otherwise the condition will appear again.

Guava: have one cup of guava tea per day, and rinse your hair with concentrated guava tea, also massage tea into the scalp.

Other support: Symbiotic Colon therapy, work stations, head massages and lymphatic drainage, Reflex zone massage, vitamin H, vitamin B. Washings with Aloe and yarrow infusion.

Kombucha: fermented in green and herbal teas. Good results have been reported by drinking and using the brew externally by rubbing it into the scalp. Kombucha can be used as a final hair rinse.

Essential oils: chamomile, sage, carrot, lemon, lavender, sandalwood, rosemary.

Herbs: lavender, maidenhair fern, calendula, nasturtium, nettle, quince seeds, rosemary, southern wood, thyme, vine leaves, watercress and willow. Make up a herbal infusion of any or combination of above herbs. To every 500 ml of infusion add 60 ml of vodka, then dab mixture into the roots of the hair daily.
